Shipping

All artworks are shipped with the utmost care and attention to ensure safe delivery. Full payment is required prior to shipment. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gallery 44 works with trusted fine-art shippers and professional carriers. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price while in transit. Once an artwork has been shipped, Gallery 44 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International shipping is available upon request. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.

 

Approval Period & Returns

All original artworks are sold on a five (5) day approval period, beginning on the date the artwork is received by the buyer.

During this approval period, the buyer may return the artwork for any reason, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.

If Gallery 44 is not notified within five (5) days of receipt, the sale will be considered final.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for returned works will be issued for the purchase price only, once the artwork has been received and inspected by the gallery.

 

Condition of Artwork

Returned artworks must be received in the same condition as when shipped. Any damage, alteration, or loss in value may result in a reduction of the refund or denial of return. Gallery 44 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Final Sale Items

Certain works may be designated as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return or approval period and will be clearly identified prior to purchase.
